Blended Massage/Spinal Flow Session
After we discuss your areas of concern and answer any questions that you may have, we begin. This session will start with Spinal Flow and then we will blend in massage. I follow the energy that moves through your body. Spinal Flow is a gentle, holistic modality that locates and releases stored stress in the spine and nervous system without forceful adjustments, restoring natural energy flow and vitality.
Spinal Flow Session
Enjoy 60 minutes of a private Spinal Flow Session. I will use a very light touch to activate your nervous system. You will then be able to release physical, emotional and chemical stress from your body. It's gentle, non-invasive, and you get to stay fully clothed. A typical session begins with you face down on the table, although there are many positioning options available. Let's get you scheduled and restore your body's natural energy flow and vitality.
